Italian deli planned in Riverwest

The Scardina family plans to open an Italian deli selling homemade sausages and other homemade Italian specialty foods, including spedinis (meat roll-ups), and cannoli’s and other desserts, in a 100-year-old building at 822 E. Chambers St. in Milwaukee’s Riverwest neighborhood.
The deli will be called Scardina’s Specialties. It will be run and operated by Peter Scardina and his children, Damien Scardina, Anthony Scardina and Geraldine Scardina. The deli will have 4-8 employees.
