IT firms form promotional partnership

West Bend-based AccountablIT LLC, recently partnered with Waukesha-based In-house Computer Services LLC (ICS) to promote their concept of midsourcing and their Lumenavision engine processes.

AccountablIT offers a twist on the traditional flat-rate IT service with its concept of midsourcing and documentation processes. ICS provides IT services for companies backed by an experienced enterprise level staff

“The reason we are partnering with AccountablIT is that they bring to the table a very well documented, organized and detailed process that appeals to the enterprise level class,” said ICS co-owner Mark Nikolic. “We have looked at a lot of other companies, none of them even come close to the enterprise level processes that AccountablIT has. We just thought it was a good fit.”

With their extensive enterprise class experience, AccountablIT’s co-founder, Jason Seymour plans to utilize ICS for his benefit as well.

“We are hoping to use their enterprise talent to move into new niches,” said Seymour. “ICS really has the enterprise IT talent and we have the processes to go with it.”

Midsourcing, according to Seymour, is a concept no one else is using.

“Midsourcing essentially imitates the experience you would have as a company with your own IT department using third-party talent. We have really developed some pretty efficient processes,” said Seymour.

The Lumenavision service engine is utilized as part of that midsourcing concept. According to Seymour, the Lumenavision engine is a process designed to create enterprise level control over IT with small business agility.

“It creates all the procedures and formalities of your own in-house enterprise class IT department, but is flexible and is developed as part of our flat rate IT service,” he said. “Small businesses can still come to us and say ‘hey what if we did this.'”

The Lumenavision engine is a six cylinder design with six different aspects to help businesses better use and invest in technology.

AccountablIT, and subsequently ICS, is currently offering a free IT services budget guidance report as one of those aspects to help businesses. The report asks a business a series of ten questions relating to their company infrastructure and network.  After completing the ten questions AccountablIT offers them a report based on the numbers that were given. The report then displays a true estimation of where their company should be spending their IT budget dollars and offers advice or tips to what they should be spending those budget dollars on.

“The report can serve as an independent bench mark for small businesses- so they can hold their current IT provider ‘accountable.’ It can provide more visibility for those small businesses so they know what they need and what they should be paying for it,” said Seymour.
