Brookfield-based investor Sherwood Manor VI LLC purchased a 22,500-square-foot medical office building at 13800 North Ave., Brookfield, from Wauwatosa-based commercial real estate firm Irgens for $7,613,069.
The building sold for well above its assessed value of $3,044,900, according to Waukesha County records.
Tenants in the building, known as Lilly Centre, include Affiliated Dermatologists S.C., Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and Greater Milwaukee Plastic Surgeons S.C.
Dickman Company brokered the deal for the buyer.
Irgens will continue to manage the property for the new owner.
