Irgens buys three Brookfield office buildings for $8.25 million

Affiliates of Milwaukee-based commercial real estate firm Irgens purchased three Brookfield office buildings from an affiliate of Westport, Conn.-based Greenfield Partners for a total of $8.25 million, according to state records.

All of the buildings are located in the Brookfield Lakes Corporate Center, a 158-acre business park developed by Brookfield-based Hammes Company.

Irgens purchased the 42,023-square-foot office building at 150 N. Patrick Blvd. for $2,576,412. The buildings has an assessed value of about $1.7 million, according to Waukesha County records.

Irgens purchased the 34,690-square-foot office building at 175 N. Patrick Blvd. for $2,640,365, the building has an assessed value of about $2.26 million.

Irgens purchased the 41,323-square-foot office building at 250 N. Patrick Blvd. for $3,033,223. The building has an assessed value of about $3.2 million.

The three buildings have a total assessed value of about $7.2 million, according to Waukesha County records.
