Investors take over stalled Kenosha County subdivision development

Woodhaven Meadows LLC, a group of Kenosha area investors, recently acquired the stalled Woodhaven Meadows subdivision development in the Kenosha County Town of Salem and plan to put 43 single family home sites on the market next year.

 

The project was started several years ago by Harvest Homes but then stalled and was taken back by Libertyville Bank & Trust Company after the owner of Harvest Homes died, said Kevin Deaton, a member of Woodhaven Meadows LLC.
