Interstate Sealant & Concrete buys building to double its space

Interstate Sealant & Concrete Inc. purchased a 17,200-sqaure-foot industrial building at S40 W24211 Rockwood Way, Town of Waukesha, from Watkins Hirsch LLC for $725,000, or about $42.15 per square foot.

Mike Judson of Judson & Associates represented Interstate Sealant and Jeff Hoffman of Judson & Associates represented Watkins Hirsch in brokering the sale.

ISC specializes in pavement maintenance and restoration in concrete as well as asphaltic concrete. Their services include joint sealing, crack sealing, spall repair, patching on roads and airports and epoxy crack injection that is used to repair bridges.

The company will move to the Town of Waukesha building from its current 8,000-square-foot facility at 108 Wilmont Dr., Waukesha.
