Numerous repeat customers and referrals have derived from our customers’ continual happiness.

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?

The economy has been and continues to be impacted by lack of consumer confidence. Also, there are many inexperienced competitors that “low-ball ” their quotes in efforts to gain work.

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?

To expand to a larger property that can accommodate our continued growth. We also plan on expansion of our affiliate company, Integrity Drainage Solutions, LLC which specializes in exterior drainage solutions for complex problems.

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?

Due to current challenges, most homeowners are choosing to reinvest in their homes by making important and practical landscape improvements and drainage corrections.

What is your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession?

Meet customers’ expectations, provide the best service in the market, keep our prices as low as possible and ensure our customers’ complete satisfaction so we can benefit from their repeat business and the referrals they provide.
