Morton Grove, Ill.-based Integrated Merchandising Systems recently leased the remaining 314,249 square feet of space and now occupies the entire 626,724-square-foot industrial building at 10100 58th Place, Kenosha.
The building is owned by LaSalle Investment Management.
Whit Heitman, Samuel Badger and Brad Weiner of Chicago-based Paine/Wetzel / TCN Worldwide and Andrew Beckler of Feld Real Estate represented Integrated Merchandising Systems in brokering the deal.
Integrated Merchandising Systems (IMS) leased the initial 312,500 square feet of space in the building last year.
IMS is an Omnicom Group company and a merchandising service agency with three core competencies: point-of-sale, branded merchandise and warehousing. The company said it chose the Kenosha property primarily due to the location, upscale features of the building and the ability to expand within the facility. The company has consolidated a few of its locations into the Kenosha facility.
