Integrated Health Network of Wisconsin, the Brookfield-based clinically integrated network of major health care systems and the Medical College of Wisconsin, has named Barclay Ferguson as chief financial officer.
Serving in this new position for IHN, Ferguson will lead organizational functions including finance, accounting, information management/data analytics and network contracting.
Ferguson joins IHN with more than 20 years of experience as a senior finance and accounting executive, having most recently served as vice president of finance for Florida-based 21st Century Oncology, the largest provider of radiation oncology services in the United States. He has also held leadership roles with Blue Shield of California; WellPoint Inc. (now Anthem Inc.); and Kaiser Permanente, a national leader among not-for-profit integrated health care providers serving approximately 9.6 million members in eight states and the District of Columbia.

Integrated Health Network of Wisconsin’s current members are Agnesian HealthCare, Columbia St. Mary’s, Froedtert Health, the Medical College of Wisconsin, Hospital Sisters Health System, Ministry Health Care, SSM Health and Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, representing more than 5,700 physicians and participating providers, 555 clinics and 45 hospitals throughout Wisconsin.
