Inland Real Estate acquires Mt. Pleasant, Sheboygan retail properties

Oak Brook, Ill.-based Inland Real Estate Corp. announced that it has acquired an 83,233-square-foot shopping center in Mt. Pleasant for $21.3 million and a 62,138-square-foot Pick ‘n Save building in Sheboygan for $11.7 million.

The Mt. Pleasant building, located at 2800-60 S. Green Bay Road, is anchored by a Pick ‘n Save store and includes a Texas Roadhouse restaurant operating on a ground lease. The property is 98 percent occupied. Other tenants include U.S. Cellular, Aspen Dental and Mattress Firm. The Pick ‘n Save store opened last year and the other tenants opened early this year.

The Sheboygan Pick ‘n Save building is located at 1317 N. 25th St. The store opened in 2010, replacing an older Pick ‘n Save store.
