Hupy & Abraham moving from 100 East to Milwaukee Center

Hupy & Abraham S.C. will move its office from a 14,000-square-foot space in the 100 East Wisconsin Ave. building in downtown Milwaukee to a 12,804-square-foot space in the Milwaukee Center building at 111 Kilbourn Ave. in downtown Milwaukee. Lyle Landowski and Mike Wanezek of Inland Companies Inc. represented the firm and the building owner. Both the 28-story Milwaukee Center building and the 35-story 100 East building are owned by Newton, Mass.-based CommonWealth REIT. A major benefit of the move for the law firm is that all of its space will be on one floor at the Milwaukee Center, Landowski said. The firm’s space was on four floors at 100 East.
