A 4-5 bedroom house located in the Village of Chenequa on the east shore of Pine Lake sold recently for $2.1 million, according to state records.

Located on Treasure Island Drive, the home was built in the 1930s, according to a real estate listing. It sits on a 2.2-acre property, with 220 feet of lake frontage. In addition to the home, the property has a 2-3 vehicle carriage house and a boathouse.

The property has an assessed value of about $1.7 million, according to county records.

It was sold by Martin A. Gallun to Dan and Nicole Renouard, according to state records. Gallun is the chief executive officer of Metalcraft of Mayville Inc. Dan Renouard is co-head of global equities, director of distribution for Robert W. Baird & Co. Inc. Nicole Renouard is the executive director for Centro Legal, a Milwaukee nonprofit legal services firm.
