Built in 1992 on Basswood Drive in the Town of Linn, the home has 7 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, 5 fireplaces, a 4-car garage, a fountain in front of the house, and a swimming pool behind the house on the lake side, according to Realtor.com. The property also has a 3-bedroom guesthouse.

The 3.3-acre site has 214 feet of frontage along Geneva Lake.

The property was sold by Geneva Investments LLC to Hinsdale, Illinois-based Basswood Investments LLC, according to state records.
