The 7,544-square-foot home, which sits on a 1-acre site on Geneva Oak Trail, was built in 2010, according to Realtor.com. It has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

The property has an assessed value of $3.9 million, according to Walworth County records.

It was sold by the Thomas F. Fuller Living Trust of Geneva, Illinois to Hinsdale, Illinois-based Pier 100 LLC, according to state records. The agent for Pier 100 is Christopher Hill, according to state records.
