Milwaukee-based HellermannTyton, a manufacturer of cable management, identification and connectivity solutions, recently purchased a 92,000-square-foot industrial building at 6701 W. Good Hope Road in Milwaukee.
In brokering the sale, the seller, 6711 Good Hope LLC, was represented by Sam Dickman Jr. and Sam Dickman Sr. of The Dickman Company. HellermannTyton was represented by Paul McBride of RFP Commercial.
The company said it needs the facility to accommodate its growth. It plans to add 50 employees during the next two years.
The company’s other facility including its headquarters and manufacturing facility at 7930 N. Faulkner Road, Milwaukee, and a manufacturing, assembly and office facility at 8475 N. 87th St., Milwaukee.
All three of the company’s facilities are within a three mile radius of each other.
