The Hampton Inn Milwaukee-Northwest hotel, located northeast of U.S. Highway 45 and Silver Spring Drive, was sold to a local entity for $6.15 million, according to state records.

Milwaukee-based Lovers Lane Road LLC purchased the hotel from an affiliate of Indianapolis-based SUN Development & Management Corp. The registered agent for Lovers Lane Road LLC is Alpesh Patel, who could not be reached for comment.

The hotel is located at 5601 N. Lovers Lane Road in Milwaukee. The four-story, 47,244-square-foot building was built in 1986 and has 107 hotel rooms.
