An affiliate of Milwaukee-based Hal Leonard Corp. sold the company’s corporate headquarters office building to an affiliate of Rochester, N.Y.-based Broadstone Real Estate LLC for $6.8 million, according to state records.
The two-story, 44,328-square-foot office building, constructed in 1988, is located at 7777 W. Blue Mound Road on the city’s west side.
The property was sold for well above its assessed value of $3.8 million, according to city records.
Hal Leonard is the world’s largest music print publisher.
