Norco, which manufactures airplane hangar and industrial door systems, is the first company to commit to the business park, which is being developed by Milwaukee-based Wispark LLC, the real estate development subsidiary of WEC Energy Group.

The business park has six parcels ranging from 5 to 75 acres. The 15-acre Norco site is the only one to have sold so far. Norco will move its operations there from its current location at 2713 Nicholas Road in Franksville, in Racine County.

The DeBack Farms Business Park is being marketed by The Boerke Co. Inc. Principal Jeff Hoffman said those involved with the project are excited about the opportunities it presents. With the 75-acre parcel reserved for a potential 1.17 million square-foot facility, he said there’s a “very good chance” the park can land a large, national distribution company.
