Greywolf adds brokerage services, hires former Inland Companies partner

Steve Pape, a former partner with Milwaukee-based Inland Companies, was recently hired by Greywolf Partners Inc., a Madison based real estate firm. Pape is the director of brokerage for Greywolf and is leading the firm’s new brokerage division.

“We saw a tremendous opportunity to expand Greywolf’s brand and feel that quality brokerage services will provide current and future clients with additional tools to maximize the value of their real estate holdings,” said Joe Wagner, chief executive officer of Greywolf Partners. “Our goal is to structure high-quality, profitable investments for our clients. The new brokerage division will help us achieve this.”

Pape is working in Greywolf’s Milwaukee office in the Honey Creek Corporate Center at 125 S. 84th St.

“My priority is to help maximize the value of our clients’ assets by retaining their existing tenants and when there are vacancies, providing maximum exposure for their properties,” Pape said.

Pape will focus on leasing available space and on tenant retention initiatives. Greywolf’s brokerage division will also provide tenant representation, assisting tenants in analyzing their current and future space requirements through detailed market research and sophisticated financial analyses.
