Ener-Con Companies Inc. recently held a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the start of construction of a $40 million condo development along South 110th Street, south of Coldspring Road in Greenfield.
Construction has begun on the first of the six-building development, called Greenfield Highlands Condos. Each three-story building will have 30 condos. Prices for the condos range from $164,900 to $259,900. The units range from 1-bedroom 935-square-foot condos to 2-bedroom 1,548-square-foot condos. Greenfield Highlands Condos will be a gated community. Amenities will include a clubhouse, pool and fitness area. The first units are expected to be ready for occupancy in the fall.
