The BMO Harris Bank location at West Layton Avenue and South 76th Street in Greenfield has sold for $3 million.
Los Angeles-based CP Maple Leaf LLC sold the building at 7600 W. Layton Ave., to James Farhit of Long Beach, Calif., according to state real estate records.
