The Ashley Furniture store building at 4771 S. 27th St. in Greenfield sold recently for $4.35 million, according to state records.
The 57,000-square-foot building was sold by Chicago-based GRP Greenfield LLC to 4771 South 27th Greenfield LLC.
It has an assessed value of $4.92 million, according to Milwaukee County records.
The building was formerly occupied by a Value City Furniture store, which closed in February. This summer, Ashley Furniture closed its store in Franklin and relocated it to the Greenfield building.
Ashley is occupying about 40,000 square feet of the building, which is adjacent to a Target store.
