Greendale seeks public input on Parking Street redevelopment plans

The village of Greendale will host an open house tonight to gather public input on possible redevelopment concepts for the village’s downtown municipal parking lot area. The open house will be held from 6:30-8:30 p.m at the Greendale Safety Center, 5911 W. Grange Ave., Greendale.
Redevelopment concept drawings development by Milwaukee-based GRAEF and the Greendale Historical Society will be on display.

“The Parking Street revitalization concepts provide our village with an exciting opportunity to rethink this under-utilized area, and to strategically plan its long-term complimentary potential to the adjoining historic downtown Greendale area,” said John Hermes, village president.
