Plans to develop a convenience store and two eateries at the corner of Mason and Bellevue streets moved forward Monday despite neighbors’ concerns.
The Green Bay Plan Commission unanimously approved a request to develop six parcels into a Grand Central Station, Hardee’s and Baskin Robbins on the northwest corner of the busy streets.
