Grant program offers free signage for nonprofit organizations

Organizations:

Sign-A-Rama Milwaukee recently launched its second annual Signs of Support grant program which provides $10,000 in free and discounted signage to Milwaukee and Southeast Wisconsin area nonprofit and charitable organizations.
“In these tougher economic times, nonprofit organizations often struggle to obtain the necessary funds to provide the valuable services to the community” said Chris Nelesen, owner of Sign-A-Rama Milwaukee.  “The Signs of Support program is a way to show these organizations that we appreciate the hard work they do; and helping with signage expenses can go a long way.”
Nonprofit organizations can request temporary or permanent exterior or interior signs including event banners, directional signs, tradeshow graphics, window and vehicle graphics, posters, foamcore or wall murals.
“Nonprofit organizations have always been an important part of our customer base and we feel it’s time to give back,” Nelesen said. “These groups accomplish amazing things on tight budgets and could use our help”
Sign-A-Rama Milwaukee is accepting applications until Wednesday, March 30. Secular or faith-based nonprofit organizations, local affiliates of registered charities, local non-government civic organizations or part of the Milwaukee area public school system are all eligible for the program, Nelesen said.
