Golden Industrial Refrigeration to move from New Berlin to Wales

Golden Industrial Refrigeration plans to move this spring from its current location at 5420 S. Westridge Dr. in New Berlin to a building that the company is buying at 203 E. James St. in Wales.

The company currently has 725 square feet of space in New Berlin. The Wales building has 1,700 square feet of office space and 12,000 square feet of industrial space.

Golden Industrial Refrigeration provides industrial refrigeration engineering services. The company provides consultation, engineering design and solutions for customers with large industrial refrigeration plants.

The company started in 2008 and its revenues have doubled in each of the last three years, said spokeswoman Connie Modjeska.

The company has four employees, and is planning to add more but has not determined how many to add, said Modjeska.

“As client demand continues to accelerate, the need for investments in additional resources will allow us to scale up our business model to serve more clients, with a high level of service and expectations,” said Phil Golden, owner and president.
