What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of?
"1-2 mile run on treadmill at home, 3-5 days a week (winter & summer) 5-10 mile rollerblade course 2-3 times a week (summer) Soccer referee (March-October)."

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
"Increases overall energy level, improves physical physical and mental condition. Look and feel better."

How does personal fitness affect your work life?
"Provides much more energy for the work day. Gives me impetus to walk (or run) up stairs instead of take the elevator, park further from a meeting and walk a few extra blocks, etc."

Do you have a corporate health or wellness initiative?
"No."

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
"Pick a simple program and stick to it. Have some type of exercise equipment in your home so you don’t have to go somewhere to work out. Eat and drink in moderation and schedule time for exercise just like you would any business meeting or other important event. Take care of yourself first, everyone else second. You have to balance diet and physical activity. Either alone won’t do it."
