Gilda’s Club camp helps kids forget cancer

Gilda’s Club Southeastern Wisconsin is hosting a week-long camping adventure as part of its Kid Support program, which is for children who have a parent, sibling or other family member or friend in cancer treatment.

Kids ages 5 to 12 can attend the event at JCC Rainbow Day Camp from July 30 to August 3. The outing will give children the opportunity to leave cancer behind with fun activities like swimming, canoeing, hiking, arts and crafts and sports. They’ll also connect with other kids in the same situation.
The camp is free for all Kid Support participants. To register, call 414-962-8201 ext. 102.
