A new 8,000-square-foot home on Geneva Lake in the Village of Williams Bay sold recently for $4.785 million, according to state records.

Construction of the newly-built Craftsman style home, located on Birch Walnut Drive, was completed earlier this year. It has 5 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and an elevator to move about its three levels.

The home was sold by Delavan-based J&H Investment Properties LLC to Craig J. Hudson, according to state records.

The property has an assessed value of $1.4 million, according to Walworth County records.
