General Mills Foundation supports summer meal program

The General Mills Foundation recently presented The Salvation Army with a $5,000 donation for its Feed the Kids summer meals program. Feed the Kids is the only mobile summer meal program designed to meet the needs of children in Milwaukee neighborhoods. In 2011 The Salvation Army provided 95,846 nutritious meals through Feed the Kids.
