What has fueled your company’s growth?: “Our growth over the past 117 years has been driven by continuous investment in new talent and new manufacturing technologies. Our most recent wave of investments from 2008 to 2012 centered around innovations to fill beverages in a completely sterile environment, helping to set the stage for more than 34 percent sales growth in 2012.”
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?:“Through our company’s most recent growth, a key challenge has been to transform ourselves from a fantastic entrepreneurial environment to a true world-class manufacturing company that can handle rapid expansion. Organizational development has to remain a focus when you reach this level of growth, and we’re constantly looking towards building the right teams to manage that growth.”
Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?: “In the upcoming months we’ll focus on optimizing our manufacturing business within our current Germantown and West Bend facilities.”
