Former Falls movie theater building sold for Walmart project

Dickson, Tenn.-based Gatlin Development Co. recently purchased the 16,500-square-foot former Marcus Theatres move theater building at N88 W15353 Main St., Menomonee Falls, from Falls Festival Corp. LLC for $360,000.

The deal was brokered by Ted Klumb of Equity Commercial Real Estate LLC who represented the seller. Paul Povlick of CB Richard Ellis and Yoni Zvi represented Gatlin.

The theater, built in 1970, closed several years ago, Klumb said.

Gatlin is acquiring the building and several other properties to assemble a site to develop a Walmart store.
