Brian Parrish, a former partner and vice president for The Dickman Company Inc., recently launched his own commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm.
Called PARADIGM Real Estate LLC, the firm’s offices are located at 11801 W. Silver Spring Dr.
Parrish is the president and chief executive officer of the new firm. He was with The Dickman Company for seven before leaving to start his own firm.
PARADIGM specializes in the sale and lease of industrial and commercial real estate. The firm provides representation to owners and tenants of industrial, office and investment properties, in addition to land development.
