Florida-based REIT buys Jilly’s Car Wash properties for $19 million

Orlando-based real estate investment trust National Retail Properties Inc. has purchased the Jilly’s Car Wash properties for $19 million, according to state property transfer records. Jilly’s has car wash centers in four locations in the Milwaukee area. Here are the locations and the sales price for each: 1293 Capitol Drive, Pewaukee, $4.5 million 14100 W.
