Dan Hawley has been named branch manager of Robert W. Baird & Co.‘s Mequon office, and James Hodge has been named associate branch manager of the firm’s Milwaukee office.
Previously a Senior Investment Consultant with Baird, Hawley has more than 20 years of experience in the financial service industry. He currently lives in Mequon.
Hodge has nearly 15 years of industry experience. In 2007, his team, The Hodge Williams Group, received a G. Frederick Kasten, Jr. Private Wealth Management Award, which is considered the highest honor a Baird financial advisor or financial advisor team can receive from the firm for client service. He currently resides in Janesville.

Strelniueks will be responsible for managing existing client relationships at First Business Capital Corp. He has over 20 years of banking experience, including positions at Associated Commercial Finance, LaSalle Business Credit, Firstar Financial Services, and Norwest Business Credit.
Benz will be responsible for managing existing client relationships within First Business Capital Corp. He has over 13 years experience, including four years at Bank of America Business Capital and five years at GE Capital.
