Festival Foods has sold its Greenfield supermarket building to a Texas-based real estate investment trust (REIT) for $22.3 million. NETSTREIT of Dallas purchased the 130,125-square-foot building located at 4777 S. 27th St. on Dec. 29., according to property records posted Wednesday by the state. The Onalaska-based grocery store chain opened the Greenfield store in the summer of 2021. Constructed in 1970, the building had previously been occupied by a Target store, which was closed in 2019.
