FEI Behavioral Health forms partnership

Milwaukee-based FEI Behavioral Health, a national employee assistance program (EAP), wellness and crisis management company, announced a new partnership with Atlanta-based nonprofit family service agency Families First.

“This partnership was the next logical step for us,” said Ted Uczen, president and chief executive officer of FEI. “We’re excited about the opportunity to combine our focus on workforce resilience with Families First’s role of strengthening family life in the Atlanta community.”

FEI, a for-profit subsidiary of Milwaukee-based Families International, now manages all EAP operations for Families First customers.

“The transition went very smoothly,” said Kim Anderson, CEO of Families First. “It allows Families First to
focus on our key strength—working to empower families. Local companies in need of EAP are able to
benefit from FEI’s broad expertise and scope of services, with an Atlanta presence.”
