FDIC to auction off Wisconsin properties

The FDIC will sell numerous properties in Wisconsin and three other Midwest states in an online real estate auction. Pre-bidding begins this week. The auction will be managed by Green Bay-based Micoley Auctions.

The properties to be sold in the auction include commercial and retail spaces, single family residences, condos, duplexes and both residential and commercial land.

All of the properties will be live on FDICauction.com in the coming weeks. Bidders will be able to pre-bid on all properties starting Thursday, April 12.

All bidding ends Saturday, June 2.
