The Katie Falk Team, a Whitefish Bay-based, high-end residential real estate company, recently shifted its affiliation from Realty Executives to Prudential Real Estate.
"After much thought, discovery, and due diligence, I have decided to join forces with Prudential," said Katie Falk, owner/broker of Katie Falk Team. "The enormously strong brand whose core values align themselves with mine in the areas of service, commitment, and client satisfaction are sure to bring great success to our clients."
Falk said she wanted to be aligned with a company that has a major national presence. Irvine, Calif.-based The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc. is a subsidiary of Newark, N.J.-based Prudential Financial Inc. and operates a franchise network of nearly 2,000 residential real estate brokerages across the United States, Canada and Mexico.
"They are the most advertised name on television," Falk said. "Our affiliation with Prudential will have the strength of ‘The Rock’ behind us and a true partnership for mutual success. The training, marketing and media exposure will benefit each and every one of our customers and clients."
The switch ends Falk’s 10-year affiliation with Realty Executives. When asked if she was at all dissatisfied with Realty Executives, Falk declined to comment.
"You don’t leave something unless you know you need to have a good strong partner who is there and will guide you, help you grow and help you become better," she said. "The people in the organization are committed to helping us grow, training us, provide cutting edge technology and to be a true partner."
Falk said another thing she likes about Prudential is its exclusive marketing agreement with Yahoo! The agreement enables potential buyers to connect directly with the Web sites of their local Prudential Real Estate affiliate to view all listings of the entire Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
Falk’s office, formerly known as Realty Executives Lakeshore, remains at 409 E. Silver Spring Drive in Whitefish Bay, but has been re-named Prudential Lakeshore Realty.
"Our goal is to raise the bar for service, quality and expertise in Milwaukee’s north shore and beyond," she said.
The Katie Falk Team’s office has 25 agents and six employees.
