The Waukesha County Business Alliance and First Business Bank will host Workforce: The 2013 Priority on Wednesday, December 12, from 7 to 9:30 a.m. at the Milwaukee Marriott West, W231N1600 Corporate Court in Waukesha.

The event will address how Waukesha County employers can ensure a pipeline of talent for job openings now and in the future.

Gov. Scott walker will deliver the keynote address. Dave Vetta, president of First Business Bank, will then moderate a discussion of the topic with a panel of experts. They are: Dan Haight, president and CEO of BuySeasons, Tim Sullivan, special consultant for business and workforce development for the State of Wisconsin, Bill McCoshen, executive director of Competitive Wisconsin and former Wisconsin Commerce Secretary, Brian White, president of GE Energy Waukesha gas engines and Reggie Newson, secretary of the Department of Workforce Development.

BizTimes is the media partner for the event.

Cost is $30 for Waukesha County Business Alliance members, $40 for others and $250 for a member corporate table of 10.
