What has fueled your company’s growth?: “Our growth continues to be based on our focus for adding highly experienced, well-respected professionals with a diverse skill set to satisfy the variable needs of our clients in the most comprehensive, flexible and cost effective manner possible.”

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?: “Identifying key staff to add to our existing operation that have both the technical and personal skills necessary to succeed. Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?: “As a group of business owners who set out to establish their own fate, we admire all business owners who have taken on the risks to seek out success – however they may define such.”

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?: “As the economy continues to pick up, be it in real estate transactions, construction, site development and manufacturing expansions, so does our business. We have seen continual growth over the period of the last five years and anticipate as our clients and services have grown, so will our opportunities.”

What is your company’s most important growth strategy right now?: “Our most important growth strategy is to maintain and create trusting and long term relationships with our clients. Over the last five years, we have completed projects for more than 250 distinct clients, many of which have used our services multiple times and in multiple disciplines.”
