A new anesthesia information management system for iPad and Windows called Anesthesia Touch was recently implemented at four endoscopy centers in the greater Milwaukee area. They are: The Center for Digestive Health in Milwaukee, Mayfair Digestive Health Center in Wauwatosa, Lake Country Endoscopy Center in Oconomowoc and Wisconsin Digestive Health Center in West Allis.
Made by Plexus Information Systems, Inc., Anesthesia Touch was developed for hospitals, surgery centers and office-based providers. It uses a cloud-based solution for capturing, managing and storing patient information.
“APS is pleased to work with a nationally recognized anesthesia leader and to continue our commitment to provide high quality care in southeast Wisconsin,” said Bob Kwech, executive director of Anesthesia Partners Services, the privately held company comprised of board certified anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists that implemented Anesthesia Touch in the four Milwaukee area surgery centers.
