Emory Churness and Nikki Ackerman

Green Onion Creative recently hired Emory Churness and Nikki Ackerman as content writer.

Churness has more than 20 years of experience in advertising writing, editing and design, most recently working for The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. He just earned a digital marketing certificate from UWM-School of Continuing Education and is looking forward to applying his newly acquired knowledge with Green Onion Creative and its clients.

For the past 18 years, Ackerman has written, edited and taken photographs for Hometown Publications, covering everything from hard news to sports. Feature stories are her niche, as evident from her specialty writing showcased in “Family Matters” and “Our Brown Deer” magazine, and Ackerman looks forward to penning engaging and informative pieces for Green Onion Creative clients.

“The new year is upon us, and Green Onion Creative is ready to hit the ground running by adding these two veteran writers to our ranks,” explains Michele Tonkovitz, owner of Green Onion Creative. “The support and excitement from our current clients about adding Emory and Nikki is exhilarating! I look forward to working alongside each of them as they grow their careers with Green Onion Creative and help our clients achieve their advertising, marketing and communications goals.”
