Eisen Fox sells Marshfield manufacturer

Milwaukee-based investment bank Eisen Fox & Co. LLC has completed the sale of Marshfield sausage manufacturer Harry C. Wenzel & Sons Inc.

Eisen Fox, which offers middle market mergers and acquisitions advisory services, served as exclusive financial advisor to Wenzel, which makes the Wenzel’s Farm Sausage brand. The company used a targeted marketing process to find the ideal buyer that could partner with Wenzel’s current management to grow the business.

Castleray LLC, a diversified holding company, purchased the manufacturer. It has formed a new company, Wenzel’s Farm LLC, to operate the 65-year-old business.

Wenzel will continue to operate in Marshfield, retaining the current managers and employees. Mark Vieth will remain president.
