What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of?
"Two to three times a week cardio and strength training."

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
"Good time to develop plans and think through various issues. Many of the best Aha moments come to me when I am doing 35 to 40 minutes on the eliptical machine."

How does personal fitness affect your work life?
"I think it helps create a confidence that you have the ability to work through any challenge."

Do you have a corporate health or wellness initiative?
"No."

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?
"All three partners place a priority on fitness and many of our employees are in their 60s and 70s, so they must have done something to get where they are today."

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
"Find something you like to do at the gym, and just do it, 2 to 3 times a week. Today’s fitness centers offer so many choices that there is always something that everyone can do."
