The downtown Milwaukee law firm formerly known as Hale & Wagner is now known as Wagner Law Group S.C.
Former co-owner Christopher Hale left the firm and his ownership share was acquired by the firm.
The firm, still located at 839 N. Jefferson St., now has three shareholders: K. Scott Wagner, Andrew G. Frank and Anne M. Plichta. Wagner is the managing shareholder.
Wagner Law Group’s practice areas include: business and commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, anti-trust, class actions, transportation industry defense, and construction and real estate litigation.
“Our focus is on litigation and we intend to continue to build on our innovative approach that blends the best of expertise, teamwork and service to our clients,” Wagner said.
Hale formed his own law firm, Hale Law Group Ltd., which is located at 819 N. Cass St. in downtown Milwaukee. The firm exclusively employs trial attorneys, Hale and Stephen Cox, and focuses on litigation and dispute resolution.
