Brookfield-based Diversified Insurance Solutions, an employee benefits, risk management and business insurance provider, has named two new directors as it prepares for growth.
Matthew Weimer has been promoted to director of strategic solutions, a new position for the company. He will lead the affiliated Diversified Employer Solutions group, oversee Diversified Insurance Solutions’ marketing and communications work, and complete Affordable Care Act reporting. Weimer has worked at DIS since 2000, and most recently served as director of employee benefits operations, managing a staff of about 20. He earned a bachelor’s in business administration and marketing from Carthage College in Kenosha.
Tony Jossart has been hired as director of employee benefits operations. He has more than 12 years of experience in health insurance and health care, most recently as a client services manager at FIS Global. Jossart will oversee DIS’ benefits staff and align organizational systems and processes to meet the company’s growth objectives. Jossart previously served on the senior leadership team at Patient Care, a health care advocacy firm. He holds an MBA in change management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
