Horizon Retail Construction Inc., Sturtevant, has hired Devin Steen as project manager. Steen joined the Horizon team in May of 2017 as an intern through the University of Wisconsin- Platteville construction management program. Steen is responsible for handling all aspects of construction process for various retail clients.
