Developer plans $90 million warehouse project on Dominick’s site

    Bridge Development Partners LLC plans a $90 million industrial development on the former Dominick’s Finer Foods distribution campus near O’Hare International Airport, an area where demand for warehouse space is high but supply is low.

    Chicago-based Bridge paid just more than $40 million yesterday for the grocer’s 55-acre property at 555 Northwest Ave. in west suburban Northlake, said Steve Groetsema, Bridge’s director of leasing and development.
