Milwaukee-based real estate development firm J. Jeffers & Co. recently purchased a 128-year-old Brady Street building for $305,000, according to state records.
The three-story, 3,273-square-foot building is located at 1017-19 E. Brady St. It was sold by Thomas Tarantino.
The building has a 997-square-foot ground floor retail space and a pair of 3-bedroom apartments on the upper floors.
The building has an assessed value of $366,000, according to city records.
